Positive Circles hosted a three-day workshop from September 20th to 23rd, 2023, focusing on Introduction to Fundraising and Resource Mobilization.

The workshop was led by Sharon Afandi, a Grant Administrator and Programs Support Specialist, along with Winnie Masai, Executive Director of InformAction.

Originally planned as an internal training, we recognized the opportunity to support nascent female-led organizations after conversations revealed existing capacity gaps.

The training aimed to enhance essential skills in resource mobilization, crafting compelling grant concept notes and proposals, ensuring organizational compliance, and navigating grant cycles.
